Loïg RIEHL (Zorn TT) : Champion d'Alsace cat.(60/65)
Dimanche 30 mars se sont déroulés dans le Complexe Sportif de Gerstheim les «INDIVIDUELS RÉGIONAUX».
Cette compétition organisée par la section Tennis de Table de Gerstheim et de la Commission Régionale et Départementale a connu son succès habituel. Les gradins étaient occupés jusqu'à la dernière place par de nombreux spectateurs et de parents qui ont pu apprécier la dextérité de ces valeureux joueurs.
Les 128 pongistes Alsaciens, dont 61 jeunes, se sont disputés les 17 titres régionaux dans une ambiance de grande convivialité.
Les joueurs Bas/Rhinois, ont remportés 11 titres sur les 17 en ne laissant que 6 titres aux Haut/Rhinois. A signaler que toutes les séries jeunes ont toutes été remportées par le 67 sauf celle des poussines, Bergheim sauvant l’honneur. Il faut également regretter les 2 absences non excusées dans la série Dames 70 à NC de 2 participantes ce qui perturbe le déroulement des rencontres.
Les personnalités présentes, Jean Marie Wintz, Président général l’AGR, Luc Herrmann, Président du comité départemental AGR 67 et de Jean Claude Nast, représentant le comité départemental du 68 ont procédé à la remise des récompenses aux 4 de chaque série.
